Hi Can anyone help? It is probably a silly question but I
was wondering if there is a substitute for cream of
tartar. I can't find it in my local store. A lot of
recipes I want to cook have cream of tartar as an
ingredient. I want to be able to cook nice things without
worrying if I will have the proper ingredients or not?

Hope you reply. Thanks.
