Posted By Discussion Topic: Baking Soda   aussieIngrid 02-22-2008 @ 8:28 PM                                 Member Posts: 39 Joined: Jul. 07 more info  A number of recipes require baking soda, but I am one of those peoples who do not like the taste of baking soda even in small amounts. What does baking soda actually do? can one do without it in a recipe and/or use a substitute for it? Thanks in advance.
