okay so,
for the cookie filling (dulce de leche)
I tried making it, and when it came to part 2, covering in plastic wrap and putting in a boiling pot.. I ended up with dark brown, very liquidy reduced mixture.
The plastic wrap also kept rising up and coming off from all the steam...
anyone please explain how to do this in detail!!
