more info 
I want to add that I was talking about table spoons of rum or cognac and not tea spoons.
Moreover the sugar which is used is the usual sugar of every day.

more info 
For 6 persons,you need:
125g of walnuts
125g of powder of sugar
2g of salt
75g of flour
2 eggs
60g of butter
2 spoons of cognac or rum
100g of jam of apricot

Firstly,mince 125g of walnuts.
In a potted meat,mix the walnuts,the sugar,the salt and the flour.
Then add the butter (melted),the eggs,the spoons of alcohol and mix.
Then butter a rectangular mould.
Then garnish the oven with a buttered paper.
Then pour the paste.
Let it cook during 20 minutes thermostat 5 or 6.
Then let it cool.
Turn out.
Take away the paper and make 6 pieces.
Then coat each piece of jam of apricot.
Adorn the pieces of a grren walnut.
You can taste this cake with orange tea.
