Posted By Discussion Topic: Help with substituing cocoa for chocloate -- page: 1 2   Cadydid 10-08-2010 @ 7:40 AM                                 Member Posts: 1 Joined: Oct. 10 more info  I have 2 teenagers that are allergic to soy, and that makes using semi sweet chips and or bars impossible in baking. Does any one know of a good reliable substitute ratio for using cocoa for chocolate?
