Posted By Discussion Topic: Cup Measurement for the Japanese Cheesecake   Melanie 01-11-2007 @ 9:55 PM                                 Member Posts: 3 Joined: Aug. 06 more info  I'm having a hard time converting the Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake into cup measurements. I can't seem to match the grams and oz. conversions into matching cup measurement. I tried using the Cake Bible but their grams to oz. doesn't match the measurement given in the Japanese Cheesecake recipe. I use US standard measurement of cups and tbs. for baking. For those who've made this can you please tell me how you measured these into your measuring cups and spoons. Thanks, Melanie
