Posted By Discussion Topic: Sink pound cake   lilita 04-26-2005 @ 9:26 AM                                 Member Posts: 1 Joined: Apr. 05 more info  I have been trying to bake a Pound Cake, but everytime  it is in the oven, the cake sinks in the middle, not sure what is causing this.  The recipe is Old Fashioned Pound Cake.  Let me know what I could be doing wrong.
