Hi Everyone, I got a new electric range for my b'day last month and it has a convection oven as well as the reg. oven. I need some recipes and advice on how to cook with it. I am used to a regular elec. range with the burner pans and am trying to get used to this glass top cooking. It is different. I'll take any suggestions anyone can give me. Thanks in advance. Pat
