Dear Diana / Readers, I recently tried a great rum-butter cake baked in a loaf pan. It was brilliant, fruit-less, light in color and super-moist! Having searched for recipes, I keep coming up with ingredients like certain brands of Cake Mixes and Vanilla Pudding Mixes. Good mixes are hard to come by, or rather costly, in the Philippines. I was wondering if anyone had a from-scratch recipe they would like to share. Diana, I love your site! Thanks, Kanish
