Posted By Discussion Topic: Peanut Butter Fudge   sassy's_mom 04-08-2006 @ 10:02 PM                                 Member Posts: 1 Joined: Apr. 06 more info  This recipe is really good and easy... 18 oz. peanutbutter chips 2 c. mini marshmallows pinch of salt 1 can sweetened condnsed milk Spray a 9X9 dish with cooking spray and line with wax paper. In a glass bowl (or pitcher) Add ingredients in order listed. Microwave 3 mins. Stir till smooth. (may add peanuts or other goodies at this time) Pour into prepared pan, smooth out and refrigerate until set.
