Comments: Sometimes the simplest recipes yield the richest results. This glossy combination of chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk is even better embellished with vanilla and chopped nuts. |
Ingredients: ![]() 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Instructions: Line a 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with foil. Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts (optional) and vanilla extract. Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces. Makes approximately 36 pieces. |

Really quick and good. Adding a pinch of salt while melting chocolate enhances its flavour. Dont skip the walnuts,it gives an excellent flavour.

My sister gave me this recipe, it is so simple and gives great results. I love to use a mixture of semi sweet and milk chocolate chips for that just right, chocolately flavor.
