Posted By Discussion Topic: My cookies fall apart!   michele 03-24-2005 @ 2:13 PM                                 Member Posts: 1 Joined: Mar. 05 more info  Hi Everyone, I am new to the website and have been truly enjoying it.  I was wondering if anyone could help me with a quick question...I made soft cookies the other night, but they fell apart on me when I picked them up to eat.  I am trying to find a way to make cookies that are crispy (harder) on the outside and soft inside.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you for your help!
