Hi Everyone, I am new to the website and have been truly enjoying it. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a quick question...I made soft cookies the other night, but they fell apart on me when I picked them up to eat. I am trying to find a way to make cookies that are crispy (harder) on the outside and soft inside. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you for your help! Have a great day! Michele
