It was fantastic and going through it was like having a new adventure in baking. I really learned a lot, though I have been baking for over 35 years. Could please help me find the best recipe for frosting   to use on birthday and wedding cakes that will stand in the summer heat even in outdoors? I`ve had a few accidents recently using my cream cheese with whipped cream frosting recipe. My family is not a lover of the buttery/shortening type of frosting.
