ANYTHING. I used to work at a bakery that sold these wonderful treats called Praline Crunch They were crunchy balls that for sure had some cacao in it, and it was not all nuts, but something else crunsh inside (like a cereal or something). I feel like it had hazelnuts inside also. If anyone has ever made something similar. Doing a quick google on 'Praline crunch recipe' will give you numerous recipes. All the best.
