more info  		Hi Jane,

The ingredients used to make Mixed Spice for the Indonesian Layer Cake are ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cardamom, and ground cloves.

Mix the ingredients in the amounts shown below and then use the amount of Mixed Spice that is called for in the recipe:

Mixed Spice Recipe

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
