Hi Diana,

Could u please tell me what is muscovado sugar?
I am interested to make some ice-cream. One of the ingredients is Double cream? what is double cream?

Muscavado sugar is a light brown sugar. Double cream is an english term. It is cream that has a high fat content and so is suitable for whipping or using in sauces where it has to be heated. I believe the american term for it is 'heavy cream'
