Hot Milk Cake 2 eggs (beaten) 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup hot milk (don't boil) 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon Preheat the oven to 350º. Butter and flour one 9-inch cake pan. Mix together eggs and sugar, add flour and baking powder. Add remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly. Pour into cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes, or until brown. Frost with hot frosting, below. Hot Frosting 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons cream Combine all ingredients in pan. Cook over medium heat, continue to stir until thick. Spread on hot milk cake. Top with nuts and flaked coconut.

Mom used to make hot milk cupcakes. They didn't keep well, but they were quick & easy. They were delicious. Does anyone have a recipe? If you have a recipe for a hot milk cake, please tell me how many cupcakes it would make. Thanks.
