Would like to share this wonderful bread recipe which I found while surfing the Net.

Italian Olive Bread

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp olive / corn oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups bread flour
3/4 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder/ 2 cloves garlic- chopped
2 1/2tsp milk powder
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
2 1/2 tbsp chopped green / black olives



Method
Place all ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above. Choose basic/normal cycle. Add chopped olives when the beeper beep be sure to add them gradually, allowing them to be incorporated into the dough.

Note: Premix the dried basil and garlic powder with the flour before used

Hi Irene,

Thanks for the Italian Olive Bread recipe. I have a question. How much tomato paste is used? You put 2 1/2, but you didn't say 2 1/2 what?

Hello Diana,
    Sorry about the typing error. It should be 2 1/2 tbsp of tomato paste. This bread not only sound good but it taste good as well.
