Hi, This is Diana from Diana's Desserts website. I am looking for a recipe for making ladyfingers, but I need them to be round instead of long. I want them to be around 3 to 3 1/3 inches round. Does anyone have a good recipe for ladyfingers and also can anyone tell me how to shape them round as I need them round to pipe a cream filling into them. Will I need to pipe the batter onto a baking sheet, or can I just pour the batter into, let's say, 3 to 4 inch round miniature pie or tart pans? I am speaking of the "soft" type ladyfingers.
