Hi
Does anyone have any experience with making turkish
delight and/or marshmallows?!
Actually making them isn't as problem, but when I cut
them up and coat them with the cornflour/icing sugar
mix it seems to almost 'melt' into the sweets leaving
them wet looking and sticky rather than the coating
just staying on them as 'powder'.
Can anyone please help me by telling me what I'm doing
wrong?!!
Thank you!

Teresa
