I recently moved from sea level to 9,000 feet.  Cookies and pies are not a problem--but my cakes, even though I adjust for altitude, just don't turn out right.  I use an oven thermometer in my gas oven--which I brought with me--so it's less than a year old and the temperature is ok.  Any help would be appreciated.  Connie
