more info 
I have 2 teenagers that are allergic to soy, and that makes using semi sweet chips and or bars impossible in baking. Does any one know of a good reliable substitute ratio for using cocoa for chocolate?

There are soy-free chocolates, you just need to google it, I found this site,  http://www.soyfreesales.com/index_011.htm  and there are many others
