Hi,
Diana's dressing is really good. All you need to do if it's too dry is add a little chicken stock or even water until you get it right. If using water you might want to try a little salt. Hope this helps. I know this is well after Thanksgiving, but maybe you can try it for Christmas.

I hope someone answers quickly since Thanksgiving is just 1 baking day away!

I have a recipe for cornbread dressing that I really like flavor wise.  But the dressing is always so heavy...does anyone have an idea what can cause this and how to alleviate it?

I'm thinking about using the dressing recipe that Diana has on her site...but it looks too dry for what my family considers to be dressing.  But it looks light!
