Posted By Discussion Topic: Used of Rice Wine in Mozzerella Baked Fish Rice   awayofmind 10-17-2006 @ 2:51 AM                                 Member Posts: 1 Joined: Oct. 06 more info  I used rice wine in my mozzerella baked fish rice.  The fragrance of the rice wine and mozzerella cheese were combined and suprisingly mixed very well, it was my first attempt combined both ingredients, the end result was amazing!   awayofmind
