Posted By Discussion Topic: Mini springform pans   srinyc 12-21-2005 @ 10:25 AM                                 Member Posts: 1 Joined: Dec. 05 more info  My husband wants chocolate mousse pie for his b'day but since its just 2 of us I want to make it in mini-pans instead of a large pan. Can anyone tell me how to convert a recipe for 9" springform pan into one for the mini pans (4 1/2 I believe). Its tomorrow so please help. Thanks. Sri
