Dear Joann, try this out:- water 400 gm, sugar 100 gm, instant jelly 2 tblesp Combine all the ingredient n put it to boil till boiling(probably take 5 mins) at low flame. Take out from flame n glaze it to ur fruit. Instant jelly gives it a shiny surface on ur fruit. Let me know how is it.....

Does anyone have a recipe for a glaze to put on fruit. I've been wanting to put fruit on top of my cakes, but can't get the glaze just right. Can anyone help me?? thanks, Joann
