Can you make a layered(tiered) cake out of cheesecakes?
And what could you use in-between the layers, like a
fruit preserve?  Then I suppose one of the layers{the
top, obviously!} would be made W/O a crust on there, if
possible?

Hi Ken,

Just keep in mind, you can't have a tiered cheesecake. Cheesecake is considerably heavier than regular cake so layering is not an option. Maybe you could just make a two-layer cheesecake with no filling, just using two batters, one on top of the other. There are several 2 layer cheesecake recipes on the internet. Do a search on www.google.com

Good luck!

Sincerely, Diana
