The recent recipe on Diana's Desserts submitted by Camilla, sounds delicious (New York Style Caramel Apple Cheesecake). I would love to make it. However, my eldest is colouring sensitive and the manufactured toppings that I know of (in Australia) all have yellow colouring. Does anyone have a caramel topping recipe that I can make from scratch? Thanks in advance.
