Please do not laugh at this. I recently made some cookies that called for me to roll it into a 9 inch log, then refrigerate until firm. Well, after rolling into a fairly even circular roll, when I took them out of the fridge, they were flat on the bottom. Is there a way to prevent this, or do you just give them another roll or two to even them up? Maggie Pensacola, Fl
