Someone named Valerie emailed me through my "Contact Diana" from my website asking me where the Pandan Chiffon Cake recipe came from. Her email address was incorrect so I couldn't respond through an email. Valerie, if you read this, the Pandan Chiffon Cake recipe came from a friend in Malaysia where Pandan Leaves are found, I am told, among other places in Asia. Hope you read this.
