Hi Diana, I would like to try your New York Style Cheesecake recipe, but I have a couple of questions: 1. All Purpose flour - is this Plain or SR flour 2. Granulated sugar - is this Caster sugar ? Thanks, Jennie (Australia)

Hi Jennie, The flour is all-purpose flour (plain flour) and the granulated sugar is just that granulated sugar but caster sugar can definitely be substituted. Enjoy the cheesecake. Sincerely, Diana Diana's Desserts
