I was going to buy a baking stone until I looked it up on Cooking.com and found that it was $250! I checked on Amazon.com and they have clay "stones" for under $20, but a reviewer there said that you could use a clay floor tile that would do the same thing. Anyone use baking stones or know if this is true. I'm having a soggy-bottom pie crust problem. Keep it cookin'
