Review by Diana's Desserts:
I've owned this great little book for several years and it's always the one I pick up when I want a really good muffin or quick bread recipe that I know will please everyone. From sweet to savory quick breads and muffins, this book has it all, such as Blueberry Muffins, always a favorite, to great tasting muffins to go along with a meal such as the wonderful Apple-Cheddar Muffins (which pair so well with pork, duck or chicken), to a sweet and delicious Holiday Fruit Bread which is full of nuts and dried fruit; wonderful for Christmas or anytime during the holiday season. Pick up this cookbook at your local book store or buy it online at Amazon.com or other online book sellers. You'll be happy you did, especially during this time of year when quick breads and muffins are a favorite treat for chilly autumn and winter snacks. Each recipe shows a full-color photograph so you know just what the finished product will look like which is great for beginner baker's and for experienced baker's as well.
