Servings: Makes one 9 or 10 inch pie crust

Comments:
Graham cracker crusts are so versatile. You can make so many kinds of desserts with them. Try making mini cheescakes, or tarts using a crushed graham cracker crust, or make a super pumpkin pie with this crust for a little something different for the holidays.

Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups graham-cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine, melted

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Press firmly into bottom of a 9 or 10-inch pie or tart pan, a 9 or 10-inch springform pan, a 9 or 10-inch removable bottom cheesecake pan or individual mini pie, tart, or mini springform pans. Bake at 375ºF/190ºC for 6 to 9 minutes or until edges are brown. Let crust cool completely before filling.
