Choco Chip Paradise Cookie Sandwiches

You'll just have to imagine in your mind just how delicious they are. Sounds like a great treat for the kids.........Diana |
Ingredients:  24 chocolate chip cookies 1 - 2 cups whipped cream 1 - 2 cups white chocolate chunks (mini white chocolate chips or chunks, if possible) 3/4 cup chocolate syrup Vanilla ice cream (optional) |
| Instructions: On top of a chocolate chip cookie, spread about 2 - 4 tbsp. whipped cream. Then scatter about 1 - 2 tbsp. white chocolate chips or chunks over the whipped cream. Put another chocolate chip cookie on top to sandwich the whipped cream and white chocolate chips or chunks. Then put a scoop of ice cream on top and top with chocolate syrup. You can also add nuts or marshmallows on top if you wish! Makes 12 cookie sandwiches. |

these were so much fun to make and tasted good as well. They are easy to make so the little kids could help me make them!!! I will definitely continue to make them with the kids that I baby-sit for!
