Comments: This spread is delicious with Cappuccino Chocolate Chip muffins! (see recipe for the muffins on this website). |
Ingredients:  4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips* (see note below) |
Instructions: In a food processor or blender, cover and blend or process all ingredients together, cover and chill. Remove from refrigerator 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with cappuccino chocolate chip muffins if desired, or other muffins of your choice. Makes 1 cup spread. Notes from Diana's Desserts: Chocolate chips may be melted if desired. If melting chocolate chips, let cool before blending with other ingredients.
