Chocolate Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients:  1 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream 3/4 cup whole milk 1 small banana 4-5 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
| Instructions: In a blender, process all the ingredients until they are just combined. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups. |
