Espresso Whipped Cream

Servings: Makes about 2 cups
 
Ingredients:
1 cup chilled whipping cream
3 tablespoons golden brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder

Instructions:
Beat all ingredients in medium bowl to soft peaks. (Can be made 4 hours ahead; cover and chill).

Makes about 2 cups.
