The day before yesterday I tried a new recipe.
I just mixed in a robot 4 bananas.
Then I let melt 200g of strong black chocolate.
Then I mixed the bananas with the chocolate melt.
Then I added in this preparation 100g of fresh cream.
I mixed again and finally I added 50g of iced sugar.
I put this preparation in little ramekins that I kept in the refrigerator in about 2 hours.
A simple recipe but it was delicious.
It is also possible to replace the black chocolate by the milk chocolate.
