Hi everyone I am a newbie. I am looking for recipes for a high energy drink that releases its energy at the time our children are competing in a swimming competition. Also recipes for bars that again release energy during a competition swimming race. This year our three children are taking their swimming seriously and I desire to research the types of drinks and foods that are high in releasing energy just when they need it.
