Posted By Discussion Topic: Using Clarified(drawn) Butter   snoboard 05-27-2009 @ 10:03 PM                                 Member Posts: 36 Joined: Nov. 03 more info  Can you substitute normal butter with Clarified(drawn) Butter in a cookie recipe?  Or does the fat found in butter, aid the cooking process in any way?
