I'm having a hard time converting the Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake into cup measurements. I can't seem to match the grams and oz. conversions into matching cup measurement. For those who've made this can you tell me how you measured these into your measuring cups and spoons.

Thanks,
Melanie

I tried baking the Japanese Cheesecake twice, but I can never get the 'brown' top effect, anyone can tell me why or where I may have gone wrong?

I used an oven that has 'top', 'bottom' or 'top & bottom' heating function, I used the 'bottom' function to bake this cheesecake.

Thanks!
