Hi,
A délicious Pumpkin bread...
PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
GLAZE :
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in pumpkin and eggs.
Combine next seven ingredients, stir into creamed mixture and blend well. Stir chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 9-in.x5-in.x3-in loaf pan.
Bake at 350°C for 45/50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Combine glaze ingrédients, drizzle over bread.
