Your welcome Teresa. I only have wonderful things to say about your mother's book "A World of Breads". It really got me started on my baking journey. When I was in my early 20's, I lived alone, and was going to college during the day, and at night, I would bake breads, etc. from the recipes from your mother's book. I remember making her Bagels and her Challah bread. It was so much fun. Now, I have acquired two more of her books, " A World of Baking", and "The New Book of Breads". I feel like I know Delores Casella. When she writes, she shares so much of her history and life, it's wonderful.......Diana, Diana's Desserts.
