Hi Wendy,

This is Diana from this website, Diana's Desserts.

There is a recipe for "Lebkuchen Loaf Cake Without Honey", under the Guest Recipe Book, under the "Internationl Desserts and Treats" category here on my site. It is very good, and is made and eaten in Germany especially around Christmas time.

Also under "My Recipe Book", under the Christmas categoty there is a recipe for Stollen, which is a traditional "sweet" loaf made in Germany at Christmas.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely, Diana

My first grade daughter is studing Christmas around the world and I volenteered to help out with some snacks for each country. Does anyone know any?

Thank You so much,
Wendy Bailey
