First of all what changes did you make to the recipie. Without knowing this the only hint I can give you is to Line your pie dish then chill in a cold fridge for at least half an hour before baking. This should prevent shrinkage
i've been bakeing this pastry since march for customers.I recently did some ajustments to the recipe. I now have a on & off problem of shrinkage after baking. What can i do to stop it ?
