Hi Everyone! Was wondering if you would usually beat egg whites till fluffy for Diana's Vanilla Bean Cupcake recipe. It does not say so on the recipe but just to beat till blended. I am hoping to bake a light and fluffy cake. Please advise! THank you  =)
