I will be making cookie bouquets using a sugar cookie recipe.  Does anyone know how long these cookies will stay fresh?  They will be individually wrapped in plastic.  Any info is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Pammiecakes,

First of all, welcome to Diana's Desserts website and Discussion Forum. I hope you find my website a place you'll visit often.

To answer your question about how long your sugar cookie "bouguets" will stay fresh, sugar cookies normally stored in an airtight container, or wrapped well in plastic will stay fresh for about 5 days or so.

Of course, any baked goods that are made with "perishable" ingredients such as cream, milk, butter, etc. will need to be refrigerated to keep them from going bad.

A good website for information about all things baked is: baking911.com. There is alot of information on cookies, etc. on their site.

Good Luck,
Sincerely, Diana
