Hi Boshi, I see no reason why you couldn't spoon the batter into your donut pan rather than pipe the batter onto a baking sheet, then bake the donuts at 375 degrees for 6-10 minutes. Good Luck and please let me know how they turned out.
Sincerely, Diana Diana's Desserts

Thanks Diana... Could I spoon in the batter to the donut pan rather than pipe it on a sheet ? If so , would this change the baking time ?? have a great day Boshi

I've been given a King Arthur pan to make baked cake donuts. I know Diana has an apple recipe but my husband is allergic to apples....of all things. Does anyone have a recipe or another source ? Thanks
